Purchase Order can be made from Procurement.my or can be integrated with other existing system, such as SAP or any other kind & Transaction Code from email or SMS is required from top management to award most favored vendor.
REQUEST OF QUOTATIONS
Vendors from related categories will be invited simultaneously once the item list and compliance checklist are completed. Vendors are required to submit within given period of time.
ONLINE BIDDING OR NEGOTIATION
Most qualified( technically and commercially ) vendors can be invited for negotiation within procurement.my system.
ACCEPTANCE TEST CERTIFICATION
Acceptance Test Certification( ATC ) will be awarded to vendor upon completion of products or services delivery. This process may involved several parties to complete.
